Yes! I am available 7 days a week, including evenings. I take calls and schedule jobs any time — day or night. If you have an urgent issue, just call and we will figure it out.
Yes! I can purchase and deliver all necessary materials. I know what works best and can advise on the right products for your job. Materials are billed at cost with no markup.
I charge a $25 diagnostic fee for the on-site visit. This covers my travel and professional assessment. If you decide to proceed with the job, that $25 is fully credited toward the total cost — so the estimate is effectively free.
I accept all payment methods: Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and all major credit/debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of the job when you are 100% satisfied.
I provide a 90-day workmanship warranty on all my services. If something is not right due to my installation, I come back and fix it at no charge. Note: this covers my work, not product defects — those are covered by the manufacturer warranty.
